Halfway through March. Selection Sunday. March Madness this week. HOW?! The week after wine+food festival always flies by and truly makes me wonder how I used to do such a packed weekend and then jet to Kansas City for the Big 12 Men’s Basketball Conference Tournament. Also HOW?!
Anyway. Enough reminiscing. This was a good week. Lots of good weather, lots of time outside, lots of work and friend time.
Lots and LOTS of the new Harry. Just can’t get enough.
The biggest downside to the week? No-see-ums are back. I have so many bug bites. What repellant are you using? I ordered a new one, I’ll report back if it works!!
The biggest UPSIDE: I was SO BUSY showing homes I forgot to schedule this post. Whoops! When I tell you this was the most fun work week I have had, I’m telling you this was the most fun work week I have had in I don’t know how long. It was just good, really good.
I am in full browsing for spring and summer clothes and there are some pieces that have me in a chokehold.
-I really am a sucker for a white maxi, especially with a pop of blue. Help me, I do think that I need this.
-I am really into white and off-white pants. Really into them. I want to pop into Madewell this weekend, there’s a pair I have my eyes on to try on.
–Fun pants. This print. Enough said.
-How cute is a rugby stripe? The Rugby x Ralph Lauren nostalgia.
-I’m lusting over a particular striped tote. I do not need it, but I am admittedly lusting over it.
-I want one easy pair of sandals for my Europe trip. The goal is one easy pair of sandals. Maybe I found them?
-I have no need for another striped shirt. I have no need for another striped shirt. I have no need for another striped shirt.
-I also have no need for a trendy beaded shoulder bag, but dang she’s cute.
-Another thing I do NOT need is a dog bag, but I have a friend with a toddler who needs this as a ridiculous aunt gift.
-I love a striped dress. Not a shock.
Some not clothes things I am loving:
-I had a credit at anthropologie and decided I needed a cute mahj accessory (and then forgot to use them this week).
-Speaking of mahjong: someone stop me on this table. I have a dining room table, I do not need this table. I want this table, I do not need this table.
-Snagged one of these cutes at the shopbop pop-up (I technically had a bestie snag it).
-This album is on full repeat in my life. I cannot wait for June.
I listened to two really entertaining audiobooks this past week. One was a fast, quick listen and made me giggle, plus I loved the end of it. The other was a bit darker, kind of gruesome at times, but also funny and very pop culture-y (if you don’t do dark humor, skip this).
