Happy Friday! Monday!! Whoops. Someone did not press publish Friday morning, so this is edited and now happening on a Monday. This week we’ll be better; I promise! I really have a hard time believing we’re actually in May already; I don’t know where the days/weeks/months are skipping off to this year.
I’m in North Carolina for an extended weekend and it’s just sometimes so nice to get out of Charleston for a few days!
We’re about three weeks from our Italy trip and it’s taking everything in me to not start packing. I never do this weeks in advance, but I really want to just map it all out. I know the second half of this month is going to be crazy so maybe I will start to pull looks this week?!
Speaking of, I’ve found some great pieces that I can’t wait to wear in Italy as well as some books I am DYING to devour over there!
Does anyone have the Apple AirPod Max headphones or the Bose version? Why am I becoming so hyper-fixated on these? I think I’m just over my regular AirPods falling out of my ears so much?
What I’m Loving this Week:
-Everything from Hill House right now is just so, so good. I have my favorites all in one place.
-I’ve been a big Tuckernuck fan for years, so I have all of my favorites there in one spot, too!
-I bought this lip/cheek stain on a whim and when I tell you that I’ve used it every day, I really have. I have spritz and bubbly.
-My Quince order arrives tomorrow, yay! I ordered a classic knit sweater, a cropped sweater and this too-cute halter. This linen dress is in my cart patiently waiting to come home.
-I know all too well that I do not need new sunglasses. It’s a want. I have two pair in my cart: option A and option B. I think A works best for my face? I’ll be trying on in-person next week.
What I’m Reading/Listening to:
This has been such a good book week!
-I started our friend group book club pick and it’s so good so far, and short!
-On my drive to NC, I started a Reese’s Book Club pick on audible and I’m loving it.
-I need to start on our Harbour Club book club pick; it’s a doozy.
-I finished this new best seller, and while not everyone is loving it, I really did. The audiobook version was so good and I liked the book type switch-up for this author.
