Friday Faves: Volume XVII

First full week back of work after vacation is ALWAYS packed. But let’s be real, even though I wasn’t present in this corner of the internet while in Europe, I was still working. Real estate sees no time zones, boundaries or vacations . . . most of the time!

I have been thinking nonstop about those cute Vejas I posted about last Friday. I’m wearing my other pair today, and I just don’t love them as much as the Esplars. Someone tell me if I need these or not.

This week I’ve been on a candle hunt. I am really, really wanting to refresh my candle collection for late spring/early summer.
Here’s my candle wish list:
Hotel Lobby Candle Hamptons: this may be at the very top of my wishlist currently because I am lusting after the key notes in this candle. Tomato and basil?! Sign me up
Rewined Spritz: Rewined is one of my favorite local brands, and I love to shop at Candlefish. I got a Spritz mini candle as a gift and I just know I need to get another one. The scent is so good.
Jo Malone Lime Basil & Mandarin: maybe I’m on a basil kick? Jo Malone can do no wrong in my eyes and this one just sounds like the perfect light refresher of a candle
Diptyque Figuier: yes, I’m still on my Diptyque kick. Just take a look at this vessel. And this scent is just luxe.

What I’m Reading/Listening to this week:
Funny Story: I caved and bought the audible of Emily Henry’s new book. I so enjoy her books and really like to savor them, but thought I needed a little treat at my desk on Monday. I’m listening to it on 1x speed (I normally like it a little quicker) and not letting myself power through this one. I think I have it figured out, but we’ll see!
The Taken Ones: This has been my desk burner this week, listening while I’m working at my desk. It’s good, not great, but entertaining enough.
Darling Girls: I started this last weekend and it’s so good so far! I really enjoy this author! It’s been on my TBR list for the last few weeks!

What I’m Reading Online:
-Did The Cut just cut too close to home? This was an interesting read on stress shopping.
-I’m still in my Monaco vibes and really loved to read about the Senna tribute.
-Forever trip planning, this list of 2023’s most affordable luxury hotels was instantly bookmarked.
Diplo’s mansion. Enough said.

I hope your holiday weekend isn’t too exhausting and is full of all of the things needed to fill your cup.
