Friday Faves: XXX

Football. Is. Back. Ahh!
As I’m posting this, I’m currently in my most beloved fall town, Morgantown. We’re in town for the season opener, and it’s a DOOZY this week. West Virginia is playing host to Top Ten Penn State (I hate that they’re ranked). I’m so excited for the game, cooler weather and all things football.

What I’m Loving:
-I restocked my go-to shower gel this week, and yes I bought it on QVC. I love the larger format and feel like the price per use is just insanely great. The peppermint stick scent is a great shower scent IMO.
-I’m on month three of this face wash and I am still really loving it. My ZO Skin gentle cleanser is a forever favorite, but this one is a nice switch and the PRICE POINT can’t be beat.
-Speaking of face products, I’m dying to try this face stone. It’s such a cool concept, but also gives me memories of lush shampoo bars (anyone else?)
-I think I’m in a skincare browsing moment, but I’m intrigued by this makeup remover; I think it would be great for double cleansing.
-I love this lady jacket. I feel like it would pair so well with my loose jeans (PS they’re currently on sale!) from earlier this year.
-Also in LOVE with this sweater. It’s a true need if you don’t have one already. THIS COLOR.

What I’m Reading/Listening to:
This past week was a HUGE podcast week for me! On Sunday, I spent several hours doing some gift prepping and powered through two podcasts & all of their current episodes. Noble was something out of left field that I didn’t see coming; it gave me S-Town vibes. Drowning Creek has been really interesting and a wild story.
-I finished Starter Villain and I really, really enjoyed it. Laugh out loud at times, and the narrator was SO GOOD. Highly recommend it.
-Slowly and steadily making my way through The Wedding People, I think because it’s a deeper book than the cover leads you to believe that I’m just taking my time with it.
-I’m on book three of the Part of Your world series, Just for the Summer, and I am really enjoying it. There’s some heavy content in it at times but still so good.
-I’m working my way through A Novel Love Story and for some reason, I am slow to get into it. Anyone love this one?
-I’m still powering through on my kindle on The Midnight Feast. I went back and looked at my GoodReads from this author and I do pick up and put down this author a good bit; they take me longer to finish than others!
Next up on my TBR list:
Husbands & Lovers
The Five-Star Stranger

Have the best long weekend! Don’t over shop . . . and don’t root for penn state tomorrow 🙂
