Happy last day of MAY! What a month this was! Coming at you from my house in Morgantown, where WVU is hosting an NCAA regional baseball bracket (let’s go!). They need to win at noon today in order to advance (and then win TWO MORE TIMES through Monday). I really love my Morgantown getaway weeks, this one has been great.
Where have I been the last two ish weeks? Let’s see: LOTS of work, a few closings, a few buyer consults, working away on two listings. Lots of mahjong: both playing and teaching. The South Carolina Aquarium Gala. J & I snuck off to a little winery in Georgia. Lots of friend time. Life is good, so rich and so, so busy.

We are down to the last few WEEKS before our trip to Europe and I could not be more excited about it. London, Paris, Le Mans, Paris. If you have any recommendations for these locations, I would love any and all recommendations!
I’ve been back on my reading/audiobook listening kick this past week:
-This nonfiction about a London death was a ride, and really interesting look into the Russian crime world.
-I finished this book about writing a book. A bit of a typical trope, but entertaining nonetheless!
-Thoroughly enjoyed the new Gillian McAllister. I really like the way the story wound up.
-I am late to the game by almost a year, but I have an hour left of The Compound and wow wow.
I’m still really trying to be intentional about my shopping, but I have picked up a few new beauty products that I am so excited to try!
-A classic brand of lip in a new style, really excited about the color options and a good gift with purchase, too!
-My hair has felt DRY this spring. I purchased two new oils: an overnight and a K18 option that gets great reviews.
-Finally, I’m ordering a new face wash because the reviews sound fantastic and I’m a sucker for the scent. Have you tried it?
Things in my cart:
-I’m a sucker for a set, and a stripe, so this top and skirt set should come as truly no surprise.
-Not in my cart, but a heavy browser rotation, I am so impressed with the quality of these ballet flats from Spain. I did recently get a fun pair of ballet flats this spring, so the pair from Spain is not a need at all.
-I do not need a new bag, the pistachio color has me in my feelings, though.
-I love a cabana stripe, add in a lemon color and a midi skirt and chef’s kiss.
