A Sunday Spot: 25

Happy Sunday, happy Sunday! What a dreary few weekends we’ve had in Charleston lately! Chillier weather and rain . . . what?! It makes me want to hibernate, but I’m not the best at hibernating and doing nothing (not new news).
This week was another packed week with work & play, and the weekend was no different! Mahj, friends, real estate, some stitching. Next weekend starts a string of busy weekends, so a somewhat lowkey weekend is what I needed!
I had my annual eye exam and was thrilled to find out my prescription did not get worse, yay! I treated myself to new eyeglasses as a reward.

Speaking of mahjong, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that my favorite tile brand is running their only sale of the year through tomorrow (May 11). Use code MOMLOVE2026 for 15% off!
My most recent tile obsession is a fun and quirky avocado green set.

Two of my listings are on track to close this month (YAY!) and two of them are back on market. Both of the two still for sale are really great. Please consider sharing them with your friends! Lots of photos and videos of both are on my instagram 🙂

I’m down to the final few details of my summer Europe trip and I would loveee to know if you have any Paris hotel recommendations. I need a spot for my last few nights. Yes, I’ve been to Paris, but I always love to hear what others loved/didn’t love etc!
Speaking of Europe, I used some points and got the coveted travel hair dryer this week. I plan to take it to Morgantown in two weeks and try it out.

I have finally been back to books! I’m on my third book this week. I finished the trad wife book (WOW), and devoured a sweet little thriller with a great older woman/young little girl friendship and now I’m on a writer’s retreat thriller.

The Hill House Almost Summer collection launched this week and when I tell you that I could have filled an aggressively full cart, it is not an exaggeration. I settled on one dress, and a matching set. I felt like both the top and skirt could easily be worn as separates.
I am still lusting over one of the blue dresses from the previous delivery, but am holding out to see if any new navy dresses drop for summer.

With the “chill” in the air lately, I keep looking at a navy embroidered cardigan, it’s been in my cart for three weeks. It is 100% a want, and not a need. But I cannot stop thinking about it.

Have the best week!
xx
