Charleston Lifestyle Real Estate

A Sunday Spot: 6

Happy Sunday! By the time you’re reading this, we will be back from a quick trip to Nashville to see friends and watch the Auburn-Vanderbilt game. As I’m typing this, I’m 2-2 for games I’ve seen in person this season, so fingers crossed a few days in advance for a win (if you aren’t a CFB person, this would be a hugeeeee upset).
Not only is today a travel day, but it’s John’s birthday! I’m so grateful to spend another of his birthdays with him, even with an early early early morning flight after a long weekend!

If you’re interested in Charleston real estate, I would implore you to look at my adorable listings I currently have (and share them with your people!!)
Hampton Park Terrace (a wow wow of a house)
Oakfield on Johns Island (stunner)
Sandpiper Pointe in Mt Pleasant (I love this backyard)
Hasell St Investment (this one is a really great investment opportunity)
Fosters Glenn on Johns Island (THIS KITCHEN)

I did a thing this week, that I’ve never done before. I bought a bag without seeing it in person first. And it’s not a brand I have thought of in the last 15+ years. But it’s SO CUTE. Thoughts?

I found a few pair of corduroy pants that I love. I bought both pair and the longer pair fit without hemming! I have struggled to find non-denim pants I like and these seem to fit the bill! The mid-rise shorter pair will be SO cute with sneakers. I can’t wait.

Speaking of fall shopping. Velvet shoes. I’m in love. I have always had a love affair with bows, ballet flats and velvet. Give me a velvet ballet flat and I’m so content. True to size and THE COLOR.

I hope the weekend has been the best and that your week starts off smoothly!
