She’s back! Two weeks in Italy, two weeks away from this corner of the internet. Two weeks of thinking about all things pistachio (cornetti, gelato, lattes, pasta). All. The. Things.
My goal for this weekend is to attempt to recreate one of the pastas I ate several times in Italy. If it goes well, I’ll share the recipe!!
Italy was lovely, but this week was a doozy to get back into the swing of things!
First: have you checked out my most recent listing? An adorable 2-bed townhome in Mt Pleasant! Please share with anyone you may know who is looking for a home in south Mt Pleasant!
If you’re local, I’ll be hosting an open house tomorrow afternoon, swing by!!
What I’m Loving this Week(s):
-I have been loving this lippy for almost seven months now, but truly used the Strawberry Sorbet color daily in Italy. It’s almost empty. The perfect easy lip.
-Ulta is having a sale through Sunday, with up to 20% off depending on your rewards status. My beloved mascara is in my cart, and I’m trying a new-ish glow stick. I really love a glow stick for summer beauty.
-I think I’m buying a second pair of these flats. When I tell you I wore them daily in Italy, I’m telling you that I wore them every single day.
-I tried to not take full-size products on our trip, but I did take a full-size glossing spray because heat+humidity+no Dyson made me nervous. It’s the best spray and my blowouts looked almost as good as at home.
-The perfect leave-in conditioner does exist. It’s amazing. And the scent. Yes, please.
-I have this black midi dress in my cart and can’t decide. Help. Do I need this?
-I feel like I need this bathing suit. I bought one for Italy and felt so good in it. Need?
-I need zero striped dresses. But I love this for the Fourth of July. I’m PRAYING (dramatic, I know) that this halter comes back in stock in the next week. I love it so much.
What I’m Reading/Listening to this Month:
-I started a fun Italian read the day we left Italy, and I’m just now diving in. So fun!!
-I finished our Harbour Club pick the day before, and everyone loved it, but for some reason it didn’t fully resonate with me? Was it because I listened to it? Did you love?
–John Scalzi is a newer to me author in the last two ish years. His new one is like a warm hug of happiness and lightness.
-I listened to the most lighthearted romcom esque book this week and it was a joy. Light and easy!
Have the best weekend! See you at my open house tomorrow!!
xx
